    Personal Trainer Reveals Top 2 Maximum Fat Loss Exercise Secrets

    Today I will be sharing with you my well guarded secrets to getting fit and staying fit without any gimmicks, fads, or worthless diet pills. These are actually really simple tips that you will help burn more fat in a faster time and when comes to fat loss, simple works best.
    Top 2 Exercise Tips
    - Always focus on total body - This would include doing a 3-5 exercise circuit that works your upper body, lower body, and core within each workout. You'll perform this circuit three times a week while resting in between workouts. You will perform each exercise for 50 seconds while resting ten seconds before moving on to the next exercise. A sample workout would be as follows:
    -Prisoner Squats
    -Pushups w/1leg extended
    -1leg Deadlifts
    -Renegade Rows
    -Side Planks
    Rest for one minute before repeating for four more rounds.

    Begin with a dynamic warm-up and some static stretching to increase your core temperature and mobility of your joints for 5-10 minutes. Rest 1 minute, then follow with these three body weight exercises using the tabata method of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds active rest.

    2) Incline Pushups- With your hands on a chair or a bench, do as many pushups as can for 20 seconds then hold the bottom of the pushup for 10 seconds. Complete a total of 6-8 rounds before moving on to exercise #3
    3) Up-Down Planks- In a pushup position with your knees on the ground, abs and glutes tight, move quickly to your forearms then back to your hands. Repeat this up-down movement for 20 seconds then hold the plank position on your forearms for 10 seconds. Complete a total of 6-8 rounds.
    This routine will out do 45 minutes of jogging hands down. The best thing is you'll be done in 15-20 minutes tops, but you'll burn so many calories during the workout and afterwards. Over time and with healthy, clean eating, you'll lose tons of fat and enjoy a new lifestyle with your new body.

    Listed in order, from the most Obvious Dumb mistakes, to the most Difficult to Detect (for even intelligent dieters/exercisers), here they are:
    #10: Becoming a "Steroid Drug PUSSY" (SDP).
    I always assume that everyone knows, that those bodybuilders you see in the Muscle Magazines, didn't get those bodies by doing the "right" workouts (the ones they constantly publish in those mags); didn't get those bodies by eating the "right" foods (the ones they recommend in those mags); and didn't get those bodies by taking the "right" secret-supplements (advertised incessantly in those mags). And I'm constantly disappointed to find that some people are still being SUCKERED by those magazines.
    They got those bodies by sticking needles in their *ss!!
    As they say, "a REAL MAN doesn't need drugs."
    #9: Becoming A Fad Diet SUCKER.
    Over 90% of dieters (and diets) fail. That's a fact.
    And most of that is due to all the people, who get tricked into thinking that the latest, over-hyped fad diet, will be the "magic bullet" that finally works for them.
    #8: Becoming A Diet Pill SUCKER.
    The answer is not fad drugs, either. They will at best, work in the immediate short-term, while "rewarding" you with a roster of ugly side effects!

    Competing NATURAL bodybuilders will tell you, that the best supplements they've ever found, contributed maybe an extra 5% to their performance. (Maybe - and that's after doing everything else, correctly.)
    #6: Becoming A Fad Device SUCKER.
    Every year it never fails - yet another new "ab device" appears in franchise fitness chain gyms, "guaranteed" to give every person who uses it, washboard abs in 30 days. Yeah, right.
    I read recently, that one of these devices which the FTC eventually banned, netted the owners $100 MILLION plus (before they crawled back under their rock). Whew! That's a lot of suckers out there...
    #5: The Honeymoon Effect.
    Every January, I get swamped by new prospective training clients, begging me to find time to fit them into my packed training schedule. Yup - New Years' Resolutions.
    And by March, 90% of them are gone.
    I understand. You're excited at the beginning, highly motivated to do "whatever's necessary" to achieve your goal of creating a new desirable bodyshape.
    But instead of overdoing it at the beginning, then "falling off the wagon" when the "honeymoon" is over - why not use that initial burst of enthusiasm to your advantage?
    1) Establish good habits early on. Rather than rushing to do everything you can at the beginning, concentrate instead on making significant changes in your lifestyle (eating habits, exercise habits, etc.), that will easily fit into your schedule and thus, be easy to maintain for the long haul.
    2) Then be Patient. It probably took years (decades?) for you to get in this bad of a shape. Why expect to reverse this, in a matter of weeks? If you can undo 10 years of bad habits, with merely ONE year of concentrated effort - that's a damn good deal, isn't it!
